Following a new customer request, the geolocation system allows you to view the status and location of your drivers on a map to assign the nearest technician to the new task. This allows you to easily allocate your staff to improve responsiveness and reduce delays.
Trip histories and activity reports provide details of past interventions, such as travel time, route taken or fuel consumption, helping you to optimise the routes of your technicians' next interventions.
This data also helps you to accurately predict when a vehicle will arrive at its destination, allowing you to provide reliable information to your customers.
With the mobile application, your technicians can remotely access information and documents in the cloud and enter their reports directly at the customer site.
All the information relating to a customer (quotes, invoices, subscriptions, service history and reports, after-sales service requests, etc.) is grouped together in a file for efficient customer follow-up.
Service request form
Guest access allows your customers to consult their invoices or other useful documents related to their file, but also to make service requests via a form.
You create service forms that customers can fill in via a private account for any service request, providing the necessary information and including photos as an attachment if required.
Requests will be recorded as a ticket by the CRM and integrated into the customer file. You will then be able to assess the demand and plan the necessary intervention.
Stock management
You will manage the supply according to the stock status of your finished products, spare parts and other items and the needs of the technicians for interventions, with the follow-up of supplier orders, deliveries and supplier invoice payments.
